Recording window not shown in full screen apps

When I'm using a full screen app, the recording window is not shown at all, instead it is shown on the desktop instead of the full screen app I'm currently using. Can this be fixed so that the recording window floats on top whatever app you're in, like in the MurmurType app?

I have the same issue. It's especially a problem when waiting on large transcriptions because you can't know if they've finished without switching over to the desktop. If you switch over to the desktop at the wrong time then it will mess up the paste if the transcription just happens to finish when you swipe over to check the progress. Even if the full widget can't appear in full screen, it would be great to just have some sort of loading icon, even just in the toolbar, to show that progress is being made.
