Have the system be able to recognize if dictation is being inputted into the middle of a sentence, so it doesn't incorrectly/automatically capitalize the first word nor automatically add a period at the end.

About 10% of my dictations are inputting text into previous sentences, and each time I have to remove the cap and period.
