Programatically trigger recordings

I'd like to be able to use AppleScript to initiate a recording on macOS. This would allow me to use it with things like Tuple Triggers (https://tuple.app/triggers) so that every time a call starts, Superwhisper starts recording.

Realized you can do a limited set of these from looking at the Raycast integration: https://github.com/raycast/extensions/tree/ca18241eb028fe8f7b0036d83fb1fea1cb6f562e/extensions/superwhisper/src
URLs like this work today:
superwhisper://record
superwhisper://mode?key=${key}
Would be nice to support more than just a toggle like superwhisper://record?state={start/stop} for tighter integration into my workflows, but I was able to set something up in Tuple to record my calls!
